oh what a day

i love the city of san diego... no, i really do love the CITY GOVERNMENT of san diego (insert sarcasm here). after a full day of getting my car towed, a few full hours at DMV, getting lost finding the towing yard, and finally having to leave the line at the tow yard to make an appointment... im tired. and i am still carless. lesson almost learned...
